Colle delle Querce (Oaktree Hill)is positioned on a hillside overlooking unspoiled Umbrian countryside with a lovely view of Todi and the Tiber river below.
It consists of two renovated old villas separated by a courtyard, on seven and a half hectares (about 18 acres) of land that contains a pool, a small vineyard, over 500 olive trees, a 40-tree fruit orchard, a large vegetable garden and a small forest. One villa (Casa Oliveto) is a fully independent 140 sq.mt. (1500 sq.ft.) two-bedroom cottage enclosed in its own grounds. The other villa (Casa Vigneto) has two studios, each with its own private entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette. They may be rented separately or together (total sleeps 8/10).
