Our private home is situated in a quiet residential area in South Ocean, Nassau, Bahamas. We back onto the Blue Shark Golf Club and are within walking distance of The South Ocean Golf & Beach Resort , the beach, and dive facilities.
The house is well-maintained and tastefully furnished. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, with new cabinets installed in 2010. Weekly maid service is available upon request. Our three bedroom, two bath vacation home can also be rented as a two bedroom, one bath, if necessary. Pets Allowed.
Enjoy your holiday by simply relaxing and reading your favorite book on the back patio, or by golfing, swimming, diving, or horseback riding at nearby facilities.
To take full advantage of Nassau and Paradise Island, and for your convenience, we recommend you rent a car readily available at the airport.

Two Bedroom .... $1000/week.
Three Bedroom .. $1200/week.
WINTER (Nov-Apr):
Two Bedroom .... $1300/week.
Three Bedroom .. $1500/week.
Minimum stay of 1 week. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve.

The owners of this property are so accomodating and kind, right from their welcome phone call when you arrive and the depressing departure phone call the night you leave......lol My wife and I have been all arround the world and have always used VRBO to book our rentals, but by far, this property, is quite, private, and a very modest place to stay. The one thing that we love is how close it is to scuba diving and Jaws Beach. Jaws beach is a quiet little beach with crystal clear water, not known to the general tourist, so it is always emty and private.....The diving is at Stuarts Cove's located about a 5 minute walk. The owner of the property stock beach chairs and blowup air mattresses for your enjoyment.... Although this property is located 20 min from down town night life, this area is more for the romantic couple..looking for privacy and suclusion.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, pet owners, age 55+.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home in the Bahamas. The owners were very helpful before we got there and after we got there. The place was clean and the area was friendly.
