Welcome to our Villa by the Sea!!

Our villa is the closest villa to the beach in its' regeime. It is only a 8 minute walk to South Forest Beach. This villa is centrally located for any activities that Hilton Head Island has to offer. This includes the ever popular Calligny Plaza, with restaurants, shops, entertainment, grocery and convenient stores. You name it Calligny has it. So...just leave your car...save gas!! Walk, bike, shop, dine or do whatever without even getting into your car.

This townhouse is decorated with fine furniture and coordinated accessories throughout the entire two floors.

The kitchen, with an authentic ceramic tile countertop and floor is fully equipped with everything a "master chef" might need. There is an eat-in dining area or, if you prefer, a bar with bar stools which overlook the kitchen. The spacious and very comfortabe living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is a beautiful entertainment center with TV, VCR/DVD and wireless internet access. A half bath is also located on the first floor for your convenience .

Sliding glass doors lead out to a relaxing picturesque setting. The patio also features a BBQ grill and bistro set in case you might want to dine in or just relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine!

Both bedrooms, which are located on the second floor, have their own private baths. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds.(which could be converted into a king) It also has a TV/VCR.

*Pets are allowed pre-approved at $90 per pet. (2 pet limit)

Not one detail is left unattended.

Last, but especially not least, there is an actual person (our son lives on HHI) to talk to if you have concerns or questions while you are there. Just call his cell phone.
