We are a two-bedroom, multi-level, detached condominium built in 1987. This rental is clean and conveniently appointed for families. Our deck provides a lovely view of Sanders Bay. Our waterfront swim area (not a beach, need to take steps into the water) is shared with three other families. The waterfront swim area is on our lot. You must be able to ambulate the 50 feet walk down our driveway to access the area.
If you are looking for a quiet, shore road rental our Bluewater Bay Condominium at 109 Dockham Shore Road in Gilford, New Hampshire is for you. When you are rested and ready for action we are a five-minute or less drive to grocery stores, shopping, cinemas, hiking, and Weirs Beach which boasts a hub of Lakes Region activity.
We cannot have extra boats or jet skis on site. Boat rentals are available through local vendors but cannot be brought to our dock even for drop off and pick up. Marine Patrol tightly regulates the number of powered watercraft (boats, jet skis etc) allowed at the site. Please respect this feature of our property.
NO PETS allowed. No smoking indoors. Outdoor smokers, ensure a proper disposal container wherever you are!
