Professionally decorated home full of upgrades and offering a view of the fourth green, Black Bear Golf Course, from the rear screened-in porch.
This five bedroom home has a large southern-style front porch. The main level has two master suites, one king and one queen, both with full private baths. The larger of the two suites features a luxurious bathroom with double vanities, separate shower, plus large soaking tub. Three additional large bedrooms can be found on the upper level. Two of the three bedrooms are connected by a large "Jack and Jill" bathroom with double vanities. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds with a trundle, thus comfortably sleeping six.
The third upper level bedroom is equipped with bunkbeds and has also been outfitted to serve as a game room, complete with PlayStation II (which doubles as a DVD player), connected to a 27 inch flat screen television and numerous games to accommodate a variety of gamers. Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a large flat screen TV and cable access with premium movie channels. An additional DVD player can be found in one of the three upper level bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and top-of-the-line Simmons Beautyrest mattresses.
The great room is on the main level and provides a top-of-the-line video entertainment system featuring a thirty-two inch Sharp Aquos LCD flat panel TV, Digital Cable with premium movie channels, and a DVD player. The audio entertainment system is equipped with a CD player. Additionally, there is a DVD library with over 30 movie titles and a Blockbuster just minutes away.
The large kitchen is equipped with top of the line GE appliances, including a gas stove, microwave which doubles as a convection oven, large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, glassware, and cutlery, as well as the basic grocery staples. An outdoor gas grill is also provided. There is seating for eight at the dining table, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and the screened-in porch with seating for six. Also, an outdoor shower to wash away the beach we all bring home after a long day of riding waves, making sand castles, and eating boardwalk fries.
Bear Trap Dunes is a laid-back community with easy access to the beach. The free shuttle runs to downtown Bethany everyday, and the air-conditioned buses have room for chairs, coolers, etc. There are two outdoor pools, playground, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, 27 holes of golf, locker rooms, and a restaurant.
