Viewing the house and deck from the lakefront - Ennis, Montana Real Estate This is the perfect vacation spot for a family or a family reunion. It is also great for a group of couples looking to get away. The lake house is new as of 2001 and is completely furnished. There is a large living and dining area around the kitchen. The deck faces the water and is quite large. The yard is full of 30 year-old cottonwood trees providing beautiful shade. The lake is a hidden gem. The water is not deep anywhere near the shore and there are no holes or drop-offs. Perfect for young children and families. The lake seldom has more than five to 10 boats on it even in the best summer days. There is a 20 foot dock with a ladder. The water is warm for swimming and water-skiing. You have access to the complete kitchen with ice maker refrigerator, dishwasher and high-end gas stove. There are plenty of linens and towels for 16 or more guests. The TV room has DirecTV (80 plus channels with parental locks in place) and Tivo DVR, a DVD and VCR player and there is a small library of DVDs and VCRs stocked. The garage is stocked with things to do. There are 12 bicycles, a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, ping pong as well as darts, croquet, bocce, basketball, badminton and many more games. The area is brimming with things to do. Besides just enjoying the lake and the scenery, you are only 70 miles from Yellowstone National Park. Virginia City, a restored western town, is only 20 miles away. Hunting and fishing can be found everywhere.

Prime Season (25 May - 30 Sept) - $225/night.
Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) - $350 per night.
Fall and Spring (1 Apr - 25 May, 1 Oct - 15 Nov) - $175 per night.
Off-season (16 Nov - 31 March) - $150/night.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. A full week is discounted to $1,500.
7% Montana Lodging Tax will be added to the total Rental.
All rates are for a family of four, or two couples, or four single adults.
Additional guests per night - $30 per person; $180 per week
