We stayed in this condo for 5 nights during my children's spring break. It was very nice, well equipped and clean. I am very picky and I loved it! I loved being on the 12th floor. The condo is on the endo of a hallway, so it is nice not to have the traffic walking in front of the condo door. (Quiet) The furniture is nice and the place was very roomy. We had two adults and 4 kids in the condo and we had more than enough room. A few more could have stayed. Marsha was wonderful to work with. She is so nice and very helpful. I would definitely rent this condo again. We probably will next year!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed for the month of Feb. and it was a really nice condo and real well equiped. We had family down for a week and with 5 kids and 4 adults there was lots of space and dishes and ect. We couldn't have ask for a better place and we have been going to Fl. for a month in the winter for 6 yrs. and this was the nicest condo we have been in.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect for us. It was at the end of a quiet hall with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed having a pool as well as the beach, The condo was clean, well equipped and the living area was large! We would definitely rent from you guys again!

Carl, We loved your condo. Spectacular water view from the huge windows in every room. The condo was so large that you could get lost and find a place for private conversations. The condo was so large that one of the closets could almost be used as a bedroom. It also had rooms that encouraged family togetherness. The condo was very nicely furnished. Mid-morning through afternoon shade on the HUGE balcony. Two hot tubs, each set a different temperature. The walkway to the beach across the road served as a great place to take in the view and listen to the waves. The location is also very convenient, close to 2 supermarkets and within walking distance to a convenience store. I would definitely rent from you again, and it will probably be sooner rather than later.

We thought the unit was great! The "to do" book was very helpful. Liked the location and the walk-over to the beach. Met some very nice people. We had great weather. We are keeping your contact info, and would definitely go through you again, as well as recommending you to anyone we know that is heading to Destin.

I would rent again. Nice location with safe access to beach. Very comfortable condo. We had 4 digital cameras between all of us with 1000 pictures taken so we captured a lot of memories!!!! Thanks for everything - here are a few pics....

Our trip could not have gone any better....thanks for asking. As far as the condo goes-it was much more then I expected, it was very large and roomy, and the decor was nice (I love fish), and the view was breathtaking. We will definately be renting from you again next year. If I had my way we would have stayed for life. Your business card is glued to the side of my fridge. Thanks for everything.
