We spend a month in this Lovey home. The property is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped, well managed, with a lovely pool and deck area that we made use of a lot, being that we are Canadians from cool winter weather. We would highly recommend this property, what is advertised, is what you get exactly. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us, we would definitely consider renting it in the future as well as recommending it to our family and friends. Oh yes, and Disney is about 10 min. away!

A Gem at Emerald Glen

Highly recommend this property ! This villa is spotless and well equipped. Floor plan with two master suites is very nice for two families. Easy drive to Disney. Owners were super helpful. We hope to return for more Disney magic followed by wind down time at this luxury home.

Our extended family of 10 stayed here over the 2011/2012 Holiday and had a wonderful experience. The house had plenty of room for us all to have our own space when needed. The teenagers enjoyed the game room, mainly the air hockey and the younger kids loved the heated pool! The pool was almost like a sauna. This was our first experience in a vacation home and highly recommend it over a hotel, you get more for your money. Great location, we were able to navigate to our destinations fairly easily....Too bad there wasn't a way to avoid 192. :-) Great Home and Thank You for giving us the opportunity to experience the luxory of your home!!

As owners it's really appreciative that we get some lovely comments from our guests. We have entered all the comments we receive, good and bad, although thankfully there are very few bad comments. We have just completed another stay and had a great time again. Phil & Jo, our agents have kept the house in lovely condition, it's our Florida home and we want our guests to be at home when they are staying. A number of comments come through consistently from our guests about the benefits of our home: - very clean - not like a rental property - south facing deck for sun all day - extended deck and pool - location to Disney is perfect - no insect problems that you tend to get near trees or water - lovely furnishings - very secure development These are just a few of the comments people give us. Feedback is so important to us and we value everyone's comments.

Your home was perfect for our two families. Our boys were in a basketball tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports - a mere 10 minute drive away. Very much appreciated the special touch of nice towels & sheets rather than cheap material like other rentals plus a well stocked kitchen. Change kitchen trash bags & extra toilet paper would be helpful. If we come back for next years bb tournament we hope we can return to your marvelous home ! We've already recommended to others ! Beautiful home. Pool, Hot tub, and gameroom entertained the kids for over a week. The home looked just like the photos on the web. The complex was even more impressive than other complexs in the area. The home was neat and clean, and the owner couldn't have been more accomodating. We even had a visiting relative stay in his own room. Overall a great time, and as a Police Captain for 27 years, I felt very safe and comfortable in the complex and home. Short drive to Disney, convienent ride to Sea World and Univeral. Outback was great. Overall we rate our experience excellent plus.

It was great having the same house for a month. All our adults, children and golfing buddies got to join us @ one time or another. What a wonderful villa ! You cannot appreciate what it's like till you see it. So much space in the house. The deck was so much bigger in comparison to other houses we have been at. We got sun all day with the south facing pool area, glad we were not in the shade like some other houses facing us. Thanks for a great time.

We've had a wonderful holiday. Your villa was the perfect relief from the hustle and bustle of Disney. Relaxing in the pool was glorious. We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Glen! The location of this villa is very good, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The villa was in very good condition, with nice plasma TV and pool table as nice amenities. Our children loved the swimming pool, although on the cloudy days in March, it was a little chilly for us grown-ups (even with pool heat). The jacuzzi by the pool, however, was nice and warm. We highly recommend this villa for those who wish to stay away from the hustle & bustle of the hotel/resort scene. We saved so much eating at home at night, rather than waiting in the lines for dinner during Easter Week, 2008.

We had a great time and found the villa to be in first class condition. It had all the comforts of home and beyond. I don't think the previously viewed photo's did the property justice. We certainly made the best use of the pool and games room. The location for the villa could not be any better. Great rental home located in a perfect location (very close to Disney)!. The house is a perfect size for 2 families with kids is very modern with nice amenities. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun and there is also a very nice patio (the safety fence aroung the pool is perfect if you have small children). We loved the house and pool. Was beyond our expectations! Brought 2 of our 3 young boys and a set of Grandparents and we all had room to spread out. The welcome at Emerald Glen is every bit as warm as the Reid And Dargie families would extend to you in their home town of Prestwick, Scotland. This was our third Florida villa holiday and Emerald Glen was by far the most luxurious. We loved the space, the decor and made much use of the pool and the games room. The location of the villa means that you are only minutes from the Disney parks and easily accessible to the routes for other attractions and the coasts.Emerald Island resort is a calm oasis to retreat to at the end of a hectic day. We look forward to visiting again many times.

For us, our stay at your home was the first of this sort. We have always chosen hotels, which when traveling with kids, can be very expensive. Unless, it's absolutely necessary, I don't think we will spend another vacation in a boring hotel. We've never had so much fun and relaxation at the same time. We were here for my husbands business convention and my sister and her family joined us. My husbands convention is at the Dolphine Hotel where we could have had some of the ultimate ammenities. Having stayed in Kissimmee-based villas on previous holidays, I was surprised at the levels of comfort in this villa. More a home from home than purely a holiday villa. All this and only a five minute drive to Disneyworld. As Arnold Scwarzenegger says " I'll be back ".
