This lovely vacation home is ultra-clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. It has been recently renovated and refurnished! The deck and the interior living area are much larger than most of the homes on the island. Comfortably sleeping ten to eleven, this home has four large bedrooms (2 are 12' x 14.5', the other 2 are 12' x 12.5') each with lots of closet space.
The Master Suite features 37" LCD HDTV, iPod docking station, a private bath and over-sized whirlpool tub. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, ceiling fans and TVs. The fourth bedroom features two sets of new bunk beds, TV with video library and a Jack & Jill bathroom that is perfect for children! A foyer with cathedral ceiling leads you into an elegant living room (16.5' x 19.5') featuring a cozy gas fireplace, 5.1 surround sound an LCD HDTV, DVD movie library and a specatular view through a wall of windows.
The beautiful dining room opens up to the dramatic beachfront deck where you can bask in the sun, take in the breathtaking sunrise, or just read a book! The stunning gourmet kitchen is appointed with a breakfast bar for additional seating. It is complete with small appliances, cookware, dishware, flatware, glassware and necessities to provide for your family needs. The laundry room features full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Rinse off in private enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower for a perfect conclusion to a wonderful day at the beach.

My family and I had a great vacation at your home, it is beautiful, and spacious, The grandsons loved the sand right off the porch. My 6 yr old grandson learned to use a boogie board in the ocean. Everyone had a fantastic time, Thanks so much Nick for letting us use your home. It is beautiful.

STAYED FOR A LONG WEEKEND TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY WITH THE GIRLS. HOUSE IS VERY NICE. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE WARM, SUNNY WEATHER IN NOVEMBER. WE GOT TO SIT OUT ON THE DECK AND ENJOY IT ALONG WITH THE MUSIC PIPED IN FROM THE OUTDOOR SPEAKERS. GREAT MEMORIES MADE AT THIS WONDERFUL, PEACEFUL BEACH HOME. HOPEFULLY WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

My family rented this wonderful beach house in Oct of 2010. It was just as stated in this description. It was clean and well kept. It was roomy and just perfect for our group. The deck is wonderful. We had little ones with us and it was nice to be able to sit on the deck while they played in the sand. It is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the full beach experience! Tracy and Rich Phillips

This is a great spot for families. My first time stay was based on web-research only, and we were not disappointed in the slightest. My 1 & 3 year olds had a great time. It is very comfortable for families with young kids. The lower level / deck is great. My 3 year old played in the sand just off the deck while we sat at the dining room table. If you're looking for a great spot at a good value on the beach, this is it. By the time you read this review I will have booked 2011.

I want to say that my family had a wonderful week at your beach house this summer. We couldn't have asked for more. The weather was perfect, the house was fantastic (very comfortable - had everything we needed) and the location superb! Thanks also for the restaurant recommendations. Our family was pleasantly surprised with this home. It is spacious and airy with huge rooms. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We watched the July 4th Bike Parade from the Master suite, then relaxed in the Jacuzzi and watched the flat panel TV - We were Living Large! Later in the day, we had a cookout that comfortably seated 25+ adults on the deck. The umbrella tables are a nice touch. All of the food was prepared in the kitchen which had everything we needed. The stereo system plays music through the first floor and on the deck. It was perfect for our party. Once it got dark, we all watched the firework display. Unbelievable!!! The kids stayed well entertained in the back bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a library of Disney videos. We highly recommend this home and will return next year.

We vacation in Ocean City every year. This house is fantastic! The rooms are much larger than other homes and the open floor plan is delightful. We found the home to be immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A master suite with Jacuzzi was a big plus. The location is perfect. Best of all was the huge deck. We relaxed in the sun on lounge chairs while our children played in the sand a few feet away. We will definitely return here next year.

It's such a pleasure to arrive and find a house that's exactly as advertised (maybe even nicer)! The beachfront location allowed us to go back and forth several times a day, which is a real bonus with small children, and our daughters loved playing in the sand while we had drinks on the deck. Early October is still warm enough to swim, but the beach is almost deserted, so it was like having a private seashore retreat. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

We had another fantastic vacation here. This beach house is perfect for our family. Mom described it to her friends as “Heaven on Earth”. The deck was key for the kids, while we ate dinner they were busy in the sand and redecorating your shell collection on the deck! It was great for the 4th of July with front row seats to both the bike parade and the fireworks. We love the location. Thanks so much for sharing your home. We'll be back next year!

Our whole family stayed in this home for Memorial Day Week and had our BEST vacation ever! The beach on this end of the island is excellent. We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who needs an awesome relaxing vacation. The home was spotless and is MUCH larger than others we’ve stayed in. My son surfed for the first time. We loved bike riding on the board walk. One night we all walked to the ice parlor for sundaes. We took a long walk and couldn’t find a larger deck on the beach!
