Located on Monterey Country Club Golf Course, our condo is clean and comfortable. The condo faces southwest and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views. It is also located near shopping and many restaurants for dining out.

All linen is provided including pool towels.

The condo has been freshly painted and is well maintained. There is free long distance within the US and Canada. Wireless is provided.

The patio is equipped with a large barbecue, awnings, and new patio furniture to enjoy. There also 2 heaters on the patio for chilly winter nights.

BEDS: Master has a king-size bed and TV.
Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV.
Third bedroom has two twin beds and TV.

Sunsets are included each night from the extra large patio. The pool and jacuzzi are only steps away.

  • There were six of us that shared the unit, and found the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, to be more than enough. Having the satellite tv and the pool so close were icing on the cake. We were also able to save a lot of money by having a full kitchen to use. The view of the golf course was both beautiful and relaxing and was enjoyed daily. We all had a wondwerful time, and will definitely be back again and again!!

  • This is a comfortable house with very attractive furnishings. The layout of the rooms allowed guests who stayed with me to have privacy. We took walks to the clubhouse and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and views of the mountains. Also, the location is very convenient to nearby attractions such as El Paseo, The River, and the Living Desert Museum.

  • The condo was lovely, with beautiful and functional furniture, in a great location with a large, sunny patio overlooking the golf course. The condo was spotless, well-organized, with wonderful ceiling fans, well-lighted rooms, and an excellent kitchen. The bathrooms were large, and the condo was large enough for six adults with room. I would give this property the highest rating, and I look forward to renting it again.
