Our spacious unit is located in a secluded private area surrounded by trees with a small creek running through the property. We have a private picnic area out front shared by our five-unit building, along with another building to the north of us.
Even though we are secluded, we are only a block or two from the main shopping area and the shuttles to the ski area.
We can sleep up to eight in a queen-size double in the master bedroom, two doubles in the second bedroom, and a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living room/dining room area (with fireplace).

Year Purchased: 1982
Kay and Dick are Colorado natives. We have been skiing at Winter Park since our teenage years. We still continue to enjoy both downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, plus all of the summer activities inclding hiking, biking, etc. We have 3 married daughters and six grandchildren, all of whom enjoy participating in the activites at Winter Park.
Why the Owner Chose High Seasons
Winter Park has always been our favorite destination in the Colorado mountains. It has gorgeous scenery, great winter and summer activities, and yet is only a short drive from Denver. We enjoy the laid-back nature of the area, yet it has a wide selection of good restaurants and other cultural actvities offered during the year.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We have a unique location since we are almost in the center of town, and yet we enjoy a high degree of privacy since our building is located in a secluded, tree surrounded area, with Vasquez Creek flowing through the front of our property. Our building has a beautiful, private picnic area in front of our unit which we share with a second small building to the north of us. We can walk to near-by restaurants, shops, and the free shuttle buses.
