Each year I join a group of teacher friends and colleagues for a wonderful three-day weekend at this lovely home at 47 Grand Pavilion in Wild Dunes. (After all, my year is incomplete if a visit to Charleston is not a part of it.) Our group always finds this home to be spacious yet homey. The location is great for a walk on the beach, a dive in the pool, a bike ride to see the lovely homes in Wild Dunes or an evening to chill out and enjoy a movie and popcorn in pajamas. The amenities of the house are more than any person could ask for. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is modern and roomy, the dining area easily accommodates a large group, and the lounging area is so inviting for a movie or time of great conversation and girl talk. What a great place to make great memories and have a great time. Come and see for yourself!

I cant rave enough about the house. It was beautiful, up to date appliances and video equipment, extremely clean, and fun. Being only a hop skip and a jump from pool and beach made it extremely convientent especially since we had little children with us. Being able to take advantage of the hotels pool facilities by having rest rooms, bar, and food available made it very much a vacation experience rather then just having a house. But even though the house was perfect what made the experience really special was working with the renters who made everything so easy and available where they could. They took a special interest in making sure our family get together (which included our three children and their spouses and children) was special. And it was. Thanks to the owners of the house and the agents for helping our familty make wonderful memories

I look forward every year to returning to this beach house with my girlfriends. We have made so many memories that I cannot imagine spring without a trip to this Wild Dunes home. It is perfect. Perfect for a girls getaway, a family vacation or a family reunion. It is so spacious and comfortable with beautiful and inviting decor. Everything that you need is right at your fingertips. The short walk to the beach or pool is just right. This property does not disappoint!

It is my great pleasure each year to arrange a fun, relaxing long weekend away for my closest girl friends. For three years we have selected this FABULOUS beach house. We usually come in early March or early April. This home easily accomodates our group of 6. We especially enjoy the large, open living space on the main floor and the two outside decks. The decor of each room is cheery, colorful and modern. The kitchen provides all we need for meals in. The beach is only a 3 minute easy walk away. The community location is safe, quiet and great for evening walks. In all three years of staying here, we have never had a single problem or even the slightest inconvenience. The owners have thought of everything one would need/want while on a vacation (even the little things like alarm clocks and portable fans!) and have made the whole renting experience easy and convenient. You will not be disappointed staying here. It is so spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. There is no doubt we will continue to chose this location every year. It is truly a wonderful place to retreat, relax and make special memories with family and friends.

My family has stayed in the house for a week long beach vacation for the past 5 summers...we absolutlely ADORE the home and the location of the property. The home is well-maintained, has plenty of space for adults and children, a great kitchen and family room with eat-in dining, a screened-in porch and a deck!, and very spacious bathrooms. We have made so many memories in this beach house...feels like our own! I cannot imagine a summer without our tradition of meeting in Wild Dunes and enjoying the pools, beach (an easy SHORT walk from the home), great restaurants, trips to Charleston for the day, and the adorable Wild Dunes community....I'm already looking forward to this summer's trip. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with others. We are truly blessed!

Wow, what a property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 47 Grand Pavilion! I have stayed in several VRBO properties across the country, and this one is the best! It truly became our home away from home. The property offers every convenience of home. We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house had great potential for a nice vacation getaway, but unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. It is further from the beach than we expected, the air conditioning was unmanageable - it was either way too hot, or way too cold. The grill was in the garage, which makes no sense if you're hanging out with a family and preparing dinner! The biggest problem however, was the roaches. Not only were we killing bugs day and night (eewwww), but when I called the contact to see if an exterminator could come out (on MY vacation!) I received absolutely no response! There were great amenities - nice kitchen, stocked with decent cookware and a lot of dishes, nice spacious bathrooms, washer & dryer, screened porch, etc. but, overall, it was not worth the money and I would not recommend or return to this house.

This house is really special. We have stayed in Wild Dunes for years but have settled on this house as our favorite. It is minutes from the beach (but not directly on the beach so you don't have to listen to loud vacationers) and equally close to the Boardwalk pools. The house is cheery, very clean, and nicely furnished. It is also really nice to be able to bring our sweet dog. Finally, I learned last summer that it is a huge bonus to rent through VRBO because you are guaranteed this house when you make a reservation. Other rental agencies are not that way - they can bump you to another house upon arrival. Thank you, Owners!!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Wild Dunes. The house was very well stocked and seems even larger in person which was a nice surprise. The location is great and the house more than met our needs. Thanks again!
