The cottage is completely furnished, sleeps six, includes central air, satellite TV, DVD, washer & dryer and is children friendly.
You are walking distance to Silver Lake and all the attractions including the famous Silver Lake Sand Dunes, (save on gas.) There are go karts, bumper cars, miniature golf, wave runners, paddle boats, ski and pontoon boats, Jeeps, quads, sand rails and more, all for rent within walking distance. You have full access to the association pool, play and picnic areas. The property is large, children can safely play and fish in the private canals right on the property. Children can ride around the area because it’s safe, you’re on a cul-de-sac. You can ride bikes to the Sable Point Light House and enjoy a sunset overlooking Lake Michigan.
The cottage includes 2 boat docks on 2 canals with access to Silver Lake. The association has its own private boat launch available for you to use. Bring a fishing boat, 16-19' speed boat or personal watercraft and go tubing, water skiing on just cruising around on Silver Lake. Boat over to the Sand Dunes hike up, sand surf down, sunbathe, picnic, swim, or just go for a sunset cruise.
Bring your off road vehicles, quads, motorcycles, sand rails, Jeeps, buggies, and go play in the Sand Dunes overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan. There is a lockable fenced in area for storing bikes, scooters, and the like.
Saturday to Saturday rentals, sorry, no pets or smoking within the structure, maximum persons 6. |
