Our 10th stay at Grand Champions. A lovely, quiet, beautifully kept complex. This is a fabulous unit situated on the ground floor (no stairs for groceries or golf clubs!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Kyle's condo and will definitely be booking again! It was very comfortable and well stocked - a home away from home. We found this to be a perfect family unit and with our 10 month old Linden, worked out so well for us. Sarah was a delight to work with and made our booking and stay so easy and enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this unit!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Sarah, the owner, was more than helpful in answering questions, etc. ahead of time. Everything we needed was there, including newly replenished Brita filtered water in the fridge - a very nice touch on a hot day. Everything worked well, it was clean and the decor was inviting. Nice thick towels , soft linens - everything was great. We really liked the double sinks in the Master bath, as well. The huge shower with 2 shower heads was really nice! The Grand Champions are very well located. Close to Kihei but away from the crowds and noise. Close to shopping in Wailea and the great snorkeling beaches there and in Makena. This unit was very well located in the GC - privacy on the lanai and quiet, both of which are very important to us. And the view was nice - just enough ocean view to satisfy! Thankyou, Sarah and Kyle! We hope to return for a longer stay next time!

Great Condo!

Sarah and Bill were a pleasure, very nice and very helpful to me when I was in the planning stage. I needed two 2 BR units and it became a challenge trying to locate 2 units within proximity of each other as there were 6 of us in total. Sarah suggested her management agency and I was so happy to find out that the unit right next door was available. It made things so much easier. This condo was our home away from home. Other than groceries, the condo was equipped with everything we needed including all the stuff you need for a day at the beach. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. That was a definite plus. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We were within walking distance of the shops and beaches. We enjoyed getting up and taking a stroll along the beach every morning. It was a nice way to start the day! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. We cooked quite a few times here. Of course, we also went out. Dinner at Mulligans on the Blue is a must. I highly recommend this place. The food and entertainment was fabulous. We also did the luau at the Grand Wailea. What's not to like about the Grand Wailea. On one of our day trips, we also had lunch at the Kula Lodge. Everything was good except the pizza. Kula has a brick oven outside. Pizza looks and smelled great but our friend who had it, said it had no taste. It was rather on the bland side and lacked flavor. The monchong fish is delicious and the ribs were to die for. They just fell apart. No knife needed! I've been to Maui twice. First time I stayed in the Ka'anapali area which I found to be a bit touristy. If you want a quieter area, head south instead. The Wailea area is most definitely a place that I will come back to and Sarah and Bill's condo will be on the top of my list. It's a great place to stay and call home for a while. Many maholos Sarah for making our visit so pleasant. All 6 of us had a tough time leaving this bit of paradise.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in April. It had everything that you would need and more! The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were great, the lanai and golf course view were amazing. The one and only negative about this complex for us was the pool area. The pool itself was great, complete with a bbq area and lots of chairs. However, due to its proximity to the other condos, there were signs everywhere saying "Quiet Area". We have a 2.5 year old that it just learning to swim and splash so this pool did not work so well for us, but was still good overall. I would highly recommend this condo to others looking for a place in Wailea, which is a GREAT place to stay in Maui.

We enjoyed are trip very much. The condo was extremely comfortable and furnished with everything anyone could need. It was truly like a second home. I loved that each bedroom had an attached bathroom for privacy! I wasn’t expecting that. Thank you for the wonderful fruit basket when we arrived. It was perfect! Diving was great but the whale watching was greater!!!

We have stayed at some great places in Maui over the past few years, but this was the best, and every bit as beautiful as the photos on the website. This unit had everything needed for relaxation and fun. The condo is on a quiet fairway of the Old Blue course. It was so quiet we felt like we were the only people in the complex. You can sit on the Lanai and watch folks tee off with the ocean in the background. There are beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella, everything you need for a day on the beach. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we really enjoyed the large flat screen TVs in every room. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed, a full spice rack, and even some utensils that were new to me. It was so relaxing we are saving for the next trip. The walk to beaches of Ulua and Wailea is beautiful.....aah, I need to go back. If you want to get away from it all and still have it all this is the place.

There's nothing like going to Wailea, Maui and having all the comforts of home. This condo has everything from a full kitchen, rich tropical landscaping, a great view of the golf course and fabulous ocean sunsets from the Lanai. Bill and Sarah have thought of everything including two comfortable king beds, a 40" High-Definition Flat Screen TV, WiFi and a great sound system. This location is perfect - within 5 minutes you could be at Big Beach, Wailea Beach, and Mokapu and Ulua Beach Parks - to name a few. Your minutes away from multiple golf resorts, Wailea Shopping Village, Sarento's and Joe's Restaurants, which I highly recommend. We look forward to our next visit and making it an annual tradition!
