When we arrived at Brigmoor, we were very surprised. The pictures on the site do this place no justice. It's very nice and perfect for a family vacation or couples get away. We went for Labor Day weekend and it was a couples get away. The neighborhood was very quite and in close proximity to the boardwalk, shopping centers, casinos and night clubs. We had never stayed in Brigantine, but after this weekend we can't wait to go back and can't wait to stay in this house. It was right across from the beach!! For what other properties were charging, this was a great value for my family. The duplex allowed us privacy, my brother, his wife and kids had their own place and we had ours so we never got on each other's nerves. it was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, 5 minute walk to ice crean which we did every night and the kids loved it! It was just 10 minutes to the Links golf course which my brother and I and friends who joined us really enjoyed. We were just 10 minutes walking from restaurants and shopping and we were only 10 minutes to the AC casinos. We were out every night and one night event won $500! The house was spotlessly clean and very nicely maintained. The grounds were in perfect condition and we loved the outside shower, kept the sand from coming inside the house. We had a lot of room and there were 12 of us. We are booking a week in August and can't wait. The owner was just terrific to work with; responded quickly and was helpful with anything we needed. Clean and comfortable with the best location! Perfect house for multi family vacations. Upstairs apts two decks are nice for evening relaxation or morning coffee. Downstairs screened in porch was wonderful for family game time. Plenty of plush lawn in backyard for kids to play. We stayed two weeks with 9 children and 6 adults and were very comfortable. Easy walk to the Ice Cream store and we love,love the beach. The Owner is a great guy and very responsive. I would recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay at Brigmoore was the perfect way to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary family reunion. Our 4 families shared both units of the duplex. The property included 4 bedrooms for lots of adult privacy as well as sofa and day beds for children to sleep on. Both units had well equipped kitchens capable of preparing large meals and seating many guests. Downstairs, the screened-in porch and accompanying deck were excellent for additional meal seating and family gatherings as well as keeping beach toys out of the house. Upstairs, the front deck offers beautiful views of the ocean and cooling ocean breezes. The grandparents enjoyed an additional private deck off their bedroom upstairs. Each unit contains window air conditioners capable of cooling the community areas of the units. We stayed in late June and slept comfortably with the windows open. This property is well kept and clean. A whimsical nautical theme is present throughout the house adding extra charm. The landscaping is beautiful and includes enviable yard space for children to play. The kitchens are well stocked with pots, pots pans and dishes. Having 2 laundry units was also a real blessing. An enclosed outdoor shower and garden hose made it easy to keep sand out of the house. Besides being a lovely place, this property is located just across the street from the beach. We were very grateful for the beach tags provided in each unit as they were checked daily. The property also included guides to local eateries and attractions, many within walking distance. Brigmoore is older than many of the vacation units located on the island, but its proximity to the beach, yard space and exceptional care made it the perfect Atlantic beach experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
