This is a direct ocean front property featuring ocean sounds, smells and breeze.
Come and relax on an almost private, two mile stretch of Atlantic Ocean Coastline. Walk the beach or enjoy poolside refreshements with family and friends. Use as home base for day trips to Disney or Cape Canaveral and enjoy easy access to groceries, resteraunts, golf, spa and shopping.
Unit has three bedrooms (King, Queen & 2 twins), two bathrooms, a terrific tiled patio, wifi, fully equiped kitchen and attratictive decorating. Located in building 5 (600 Cinnamon Beach Way).
Short walk to either of two pools - one on the ocean the other next to an inland lake. There is a local snack bar, workout facility, kids play area and pool room should you experience a rain drop or two. Additionally, certain area's of the Hammock Beach facility are open to the public such as the spa and Atlantic Grill restauraunt. For the golfer there are a number of local courses available for play - do a Google search for golf in Palm Coast to discover more (http://www.worldgolf.com/courses/usa/florida/palmcoast).

We enjoyed our stay here at the beach property over Christmas vacation. The location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean and off to the left, the golf course. The property was clean and well maintained with a full kitchen. We would recommend it and we hope to return again, possibly in the summer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We really enjoyed the condo and Cinnamon Beach. The Condo was as described, and was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very attentive to questions and easy to work with. We hope to return next summer.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed a week in July, 2010, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This is by far the nicest and cleanest rental condo we've ever stayed in. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. You can truly relax at the beach and the very large swimming pool. We drove down to Daytona Beach a couple of nights for dinner--a very scenic 45 minute drive down the coastline. If you're looking for someplace to stay that's quiet, relaxing, and scenic, then this is the place to go.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family enjoyed staying at this rental. It is well furnished and provides a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was as described and clean. We slept comfortably and had all the needed furnishings. Leslie is very easy to speak with and provides all the information about the condo as well as the local restaurants and places of interest. We enjoyed A1A ale downtown St. Augustine as well as JT's which was just out from the rental.Hopefully, we will stay again in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a New England family with ties to the Palm Coast area. My wife and I having grown up in the Midwest have lived in Texas, Colorado and New York City. The consistent attraction for us to Palm Coast is the laid back nature of the place and the easy access to the best of Florida - while watching dolphin swim past over a cup of coffee.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Hammock Resort:
We vacationed often to Palm Coast to visit family over the past 10 years, and during one visit in 2002 noticed a few cranes of construction right on the beach. Intrigued, we investigated to learn that new condos were being developed - so we purchased one preconstruction.
