Why the Owner Chose Ocean Hammock Resort
We vacationed often to Palm Coast to visit family over the past 10 years, and during one visit in 2002 noticed a few cranes of construction right on the beach. Intrigued, we investigated to learn that new condos were being developed - so we purchased one preconstruction.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Palm Coast is a hidden treasure. From the I95 exit you travel down a tree lined boulevard, over the intercoastal and into a private quite community (light traffic the entire way). From our early days where we were the only ones on a vast beach - to today where we are one of perhaps 50 people roaming the sand, the area has developed better than we anticipated (today there is even a brand new Publix around the corner). As a family from New England it is so nice to hang out in such a relaxing, uncrowed and unpretentious section of Florida.

We are a New England family with ties to the Palm Coast area. My wife and I having grown up in the Midwest have lived in Texas, Colorado and New York City. The consistent attraction for us to Palm Coast is the laid back nature of the place and the easy access to the best of Florida - while watching dolphin swim past over a cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed the condo and Cinnamon Beach. The Condo was as described, and was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very attentive to questions and easy to work with. We hope to return next summer.

We stayed a week in July, 2010, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This is by far the nicest and cleanest rental condo we've ever stayed in. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. You can truly relax at the beach and the very large swimming pool. We drove down to Daytona Beach a couple of nights for dinner--a very scenic 45 minute drive down the coastline. If you're looking for someplace to stay that's quiet, relaxing, and scenic, then this is the place to go.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family enjoyed staying at this rental. It is well furnished and provides a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was as described and clean. We slept comfortably and had all the needed furnishings. Leslie is very easy to speak with and provides all the information about the condo as well as the local restaurants and places of interest. We enjoyed A1A ale downtown St. Augustine as well as JT's which was just out from the rental.Hopefully, we will stay again in the near future.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

"Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We were expecting something nice and were pleasantly surprised when we saw how nice it really was. The view from the balcony is so nice it makes you feel you are in the tropics by ourself somewhere. You have it set up perfectly and did not lack for anything in the way of necessities." .....
