Come visit our beautiful, five bedroom, single-family home in the fabulous Village at Bear Trap Dunes, the best resort community at the Delaware Shore! There are two master bedrooms on the main level, each with a private bath, and three more bedrooms on the second floor. Ideal for two families to share!
Bear Trap Dunes is located just two and a half miles from the ocean at Bethany Beach. If you are heading to the beach, leave your car and forget finding a parking space. The Bear Trap community shuttle runs between the heart of Bethany Beach and the community of Bear Trap Dunes all day long.
The amenities at Bear Trap will fill your days and evenings with plenty to do. Golf on Bear Trap Dune's 27 championship holes, or play tennis on one of many Village tennis courts. Swim in any of Bear Trap's community pools: two outdoor and one indoor. The main pool complex has a 25 meter outdoor pool, play areas, and snack pavilion. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, or just relax and enjoy the sauna or jacuzzi!
Enjoy dinner at The Den, located in the Village Clubhouse. Then an evening of theater performed outdoors under the stars. The outdoor amphitheater is home to several theatrical productions each summer, including performances by local acting groups and a national touring company. There is also a Summer Theatre Festival held each July for 3 evenings with performances such as Romeo and Juliet and Amadeus.
At our home your vacation nights will be comfortable and fun too. There is a stereo system, and large screen color cable TV, with DVD and VCR, plus four more TV's in the bedrooms. Our home has been beautifully decorated and furnished in a nouveau beach style that you are sure to love.
