This home is wonderful and was perfect sized for my daughters and myself for an end of summer vacation. As described by others, it is a short walk and across one road (not too busy) directly onto the beach walkway. The house was as described, and the sound views are spectacular. Morning coffee until a night-cap on the deck there were gorgeous views, nature and sunrise/sunsets The pier is only a few miles away, and we fished off the pier two nights (a first) which was fun. You can also drive around to Snead’s Ferry and buy fresh caught shrimp and all kinds of fish from the fishermen/stores on the small harbor. The house is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It is a duplex, which was a minor concern regarding the potential for noise, but the owners next door are very nice and are selective about who may rent their property. The owners were very responsive and transparent during the whole rental process and I would very much recommend this home to friends. Thank you for renting us your home. We would love to come back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The location is great, just a block from the beach and the views from the porch and the bedrooms are amazing of the marshes. The house was very clean and the owners were great to work with on the rental. We will be back next year to create more family memories!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very private, peaceful and relaxing. House was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The views from the porch were magnificent in the evenings, with the sunsets and the peaceful sounds coming from the marsh. Rented bikes to ride for the week and loved it. I would recommend anyone who wants to get away for a while to stay here. You won't regret it. Looking forward to going back. Thank you for letting us stay in your little hide-away. The house fit our needs very well - family of 4, two children ages 2 and 3. The beach was just a short walk - in late August the water was super warm (85?), the beach was clean and safe - not busy at all. The views from the house are EXCELLENT! The Sound is spectacular. The porches add to the relaxation. Buggy in early morning and evening though. The Moses were very helpful and hospitable. Thank you!

WOW, what a view of the marsh and sound! A great spot nestled at the norther end with privacy and a short walk to the huge clean beach and inlet. We had a slightly larger group staying but were still very comfortable. The kids loved the waves and sea life. A short drive and we were at the local arcade and crab house. Clean and affordable, we hope to stay again.

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It's off the main road but very accessible to the beach with just a short walk. My family enjoyed the view of the marsh and the sunsets were just gorgeous. We truly enjoyed driving our 4-wheeled vehicle out on the beach near the sound and the marsh and we crab fishing. My grandkids loved this!! The cottage was very clean and all kitchen utensils and pots and pans were furnished. However, i would suggest stocking the kitchen with a good, non-stick frying pan. I wished that I had brought my pan from home when I was frying eggs and pancakes. I would truly recommend this property and would loved to go back next year.

Wonderful find! This beachhouse looks recently decorated in soothing carribean colors. The balcony overlooks wetlands where we enjoyed watching white birds (egrets, I believe). There is a very short walk to the beach. Since this beachhouse is located toward the north end of Topsail Island, the beach is never very crowded. Our stay was quiet and relaxing, and our family of 5 was very comfortable there.

The beach house was absolutely wonderful! perfect location and very quiet; the view from the deck was awesome! beach access was only a short walk away and the beach wasn't very crowded at all; the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very spacious and decorated really nice. The owners were great to work with; this was definitely the best location and beach house that I have stayed in at Topsail and I will definitely want to book this home again. This place was fabulous- in February! The views of the marsh and the birds simply couldn't be any more beautiful. The house itself was very accommodating--spacious and quiet and just a block from the beach. Two thumbs up!
