This is a beautiful, new, luxury condominium located just off Rehoboth Avenue within a 15-20 minute walk of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The condominium complex, Edgewater Park, fronts the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal.
There are four stories for a total of 3200 square feel affording a generous space for family reunions but with maximal opportunity for "quiet retreat" areas. Each floor has its own balcony with views of the beautiful Canal Corkran area. There are three master suites (three queen beds) and two other bedrooms (one with a double/single bunk and one with three single beds) which share a bath. One of the master suites is on the first floor. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the third floor. The fourth floor has a very large bedroom with a sitting area and luxury bath. This room has a queen bed and a futon.
The condominium complex has a centrally located pool. The beautiful, new, four-mile, Rehoboth-Lewes bike path is close by. There are three parking spaces per unit; one in the garage, one if the unit's driveway, and one by the pool.
