Come and stay at our oceanfront condominium home located on beautiful Amelia Island. The entire exterior of the building and the interior of our unit has been recently renovated and everything is brand new! The huge living room/dining room has a grand ocean view. We have just added Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Watch the sun rise over the sea from the master bedroom and have breakfast while watching the dolphins play in the surf from the large private balcony. Just across the short walk over the private boardwalk you reach our wide, clean and uncrowded beach.
This smoke-free unit is located on the fourth (and top) floor of this small, family friendly building easliy accessed by an elevator or stairs. The swimming pool is heated for extra comfort during the cooler months and the tennis courts are ready and waiting for a couple of sets!
There are many great dining opportunities close by and great shopping in historic Fernandina Beach is just a short five minute drive.

Great view of the ocean....condo decorated beautifully. Kitchen and bedrooms could use a deep-cleaning though....cleaning crew only brushes the surface I'm afraid. Nice, quiet location.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Spent three nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything within the condo was fine and the location is great between historic Fernandina Beach and the Ritz-Carlton.
