Outdoor Patio. Marina del Rey is close by as is Santa Monica. Abbott Kinney Blvd. is right next door. Good restaurants and a hot bar scene are within walking distance. Owners, who live right next door are friendly and very willing to help you experience a great visit to Los Angles in general and Venice Beach in particular. No Smoking, Please.
