This beautiful three bedroom condominium fronts Lake Namakagon with a fantastic view of the lake. The other side of the condo faces the breathtaking 18 hole Forest Ridges Golf Course. This course is nestled next to the Chequamegon National Forest and each fairway is so secluded you cannot view any others from the fairway you are playing.
The smoke-free unit has two full baths, fireplace and great cathedral ceilings. There is a spacious living room/dining area and the kitchen is fully furnished. This is the end unit so it is very quiet and one of the decks is adjacent to the secluded woods.
The unit was formerly owned by the owners of the main lodge, and is currently owned by a father and daughter who have been coming to this resort with friends and family for over 30 years.
The lodge has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, game room, outstanding dining room, and a large bar with weekend entertainment.
There is an outdoor pool, great sandy beach, tennis courts, horse shoes, hiking and nature paths and the Forest across the road affords hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails, cross country ski trails, hiking, atv trails that connect to trails across all of northern Wisconsin.

We have been coming to Lakewoods on family vacations for over 30 years. The setting is incredible and the amenities are fantastic. The trail system can't be beat. We love the casual setting!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This unit was formerly owned by the lodge owners and was built with cathedral ceilings and a 2nd deck at the end of the unit, unlike any other unit in the complex. When the lodge owners wanted to sell it, we couldn't resist buying it because the unit was so unique.
We love the open feeling on the inside of the unit, and the options of using the deck that faces the lake, and the larger 2nd deck at the end of the unit that faces the lake, woods and golf course. The 2nd deck has a new floor and new furniture. It's so nice to have this extra space!

Jim and Cammy Bergren have owned this property since 2002. Jim is an avid snowmobilier, fisherman and ATV'er (he ATV'd accross the United States!) and Cammy is a snowboarder, golfer and mountain biker.
