Bright and happy semi-oceanfront beach house with private walkway to beach. Dune deck overlooking the beach at end of walkway. Sleeps 10. Reverse floor plan with 3 bedrooms (one with twins, one with queen, and one with two bunk beds)(towels or bed linens can be furnished for $100 fee), 2 full baths, laundry room on first floor. Second floor has 1 bedroom(queen), full bath, spacious living/dining/fully furnished kitchen. Each bedroom and living room has TV and there are 2 DVD's and a CD player. Beautiful ocean/sunrise/sunset views. 2 decks, underhouse parking, 2 outside hot/cold enclosed showers, volleyball/badminton, putting green, horseshoe pit in yard.
Bike path across street, walk to restaurants. Great surf fishing. Shop and dine in Duck, NC 4 miles to north and enjoy the outdoor drama of America's first settlement, The Lost Colony, 20 miles south in Manteo, NC. Also in Manteo is the North Carolina Aquarium and Museum, especially children friendly.
Bird watch in Pea Island Sanctuary, day trip to Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands, deep sea fish from Oregon Inlet. Don't forget to visit the Wright Brothers National Park and Museum. Or, just relax, read, walk on the beach. So much to do!
