Perched on a hill in the Saltaire community, "Ducks Inn A Row" offers something for everyone. This home is located within easy walking distance to a private beach access and the quaint town of Duck.
The quiet stretch of shoreline is one of the widest and best kept in Duck. Visit the beach to watch the morning sunrise, an afternoon swimming or an evening of stargazing. The village offers a small town atmosphere with many diverse shops and restaurants.
The town presents a winding path that is perfect for a morning jog or an evening walk with the family. The sunsets over the sound are not to be missed. You can also enjoy a bicycle ride along the village bike path.
Upon your arrival, “Ducks Inn A Row” will make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Cozy and comfortable are two words that describe this beautiful home.
The second level has a reverse and open floor plan which is perfect for large gatherings. A bright and airy feeling is created by the large contemporary windows and hardwood floors.
The second floor houses the living room, dining room and the well-appointed kitchen where cooking is made easy. The second level also contains the master bedroom hosting a king sized bed and a sitting area, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a children’s entertainment room where kids will enjoy a video gaming system, books, movie videos and more. Guests can also soak in the ocean and sound views from the second level sun decks.
The first floor is also warm and inviting. This floor boasts three large bedrooms, two of which lead to the first level sun decks. Two of the first floor bedrooms host queen size beds while the third bedroom offers a single bed and one set of bunks.
Another full size bathroom is centrally located on this floor. Guests will easily find a washer and dryer on this level.
As much as the inside has to offer, the outside will not disappoint. A large 16 by 32 foot private in-ground pool, with furniture and seating, is just one of the ways our guests will enjoy “floating away the afternoon”.
The vast picket-fenced rear yard offers plenty of space for a friendly game of ball. You can also enjoy a meal beside the pool by taking advantage of the charcoal grill and picnic table. The front of the house has ample parking for vehicles and even a boat.
“Ducks Inn A Row” also comes equipped with your beach necessities including a wagon/cart, beach chairs and toys.
