This private home is situated in a quiet, wooded area with access to the Colorado River. It has all new furnishings and amenities, as well as a large deck for outside entertaining and relaxing. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. There are two bedrooms plus a sofabed.
Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, this vacation rental is also close to three major lakes including Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grandby Reservoir, as well as the town of Grand Lake.
All season activities for all interests are available including hiking, fishing, photography, golf, snow sports, photography, arts, shopping, excellent restaurants, etc.
The home is within 15 to 45 minutes of two ski areas, SilverCreek and Winter Park, over easy roads. Cross country skiing and snowmobile trails are everywhere.
In summer you can dine at the Historic Grand Lake Lodge, or enjoy repertory theater and numerous art galleries in the town. Something for everyone!
