This is just one of three our family owned condos in Destin. If we are booked, please email as we have friends with units close to ours that offer great values too. We are offering many specials, so make sure to ask or see our website. If the date you need is less than 30 days away, we offer special discounts for Last Minute deals --- just email us. This two bedroom, two bath Condo is situated in Sandpiper Cove Resort (on the Canal, just ~2 blocks through the complex to the private beach), a gated community with 24 hour security. The Resort features a FREE Par three golf course, six tennis courts (three lighted), five swimming pools (one heated), three outdoor jacuzzis, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. On-site restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, overlooking boat marina. Make sure to see our other condos in Destin too! If we are booked here, we can ask if one of our neighbors are open if you would like us to --- just email. You must be 25 years of age to rent (complex rules) and must stay on the property. - Make sure to ask about the specials we run --- you can see all our specials on our personal website or just email from here.

Our Condo overlooks the Bay Canal with easy access to the boat dock. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also has a washer and dryer in the unit, two TV's, and a VCR. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Sit on the balcony and watch the sun set into the Bay or watch the ducks play in the Canal below.
Sandpiper Cove sits on 43 acres with 1100 feet of private beach, fully serviced by a private beach rentals service! Umbrella and chair rentals are available for your comfort and convenience. During the summer season there is a staff of lifeguards that also rent jet-skis, ocean kayaks, and parasailing. Also, during that time, the beach pavilion restaurant and bar are open.
