This charming, two-story, 1200 square foot cabin has two bedrooms plus a loft and sits on a large wooded lot. Heavenly Ski Resort, the Lake, and Stateline casinos are within a mile and a half from the cabin. This non-smoking cabin is located on a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac and is a great place for kids as well as ideal location for couples and families. One bedroom has a queen, the other bedroom has a king and two twin beds, and the loft has a queen and a twin bed. There are hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you cozy during the winter. There is a great front deck for outdoor dining and a fully fenced back yard. There is a large hot tub in the backyard for your soaking pleasure. We provide everything you need including linens, towels, and clean up after your stay. Dogs are welcome. There is off-road parking for up to three vehicles in the winter. A short walk from Ski Run Boulevard, the Marina, and lots of restaurants, this cabin is just five minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos, boat rentals, golf courses, hiking trails, fishing, and horseback riding. 45 minutes or less from Reno, Kirkwood, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Homewood, Mount Rose, and Incline Village. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6 PEOPLE. * Rates do not include Non-refundable $75 Cleaning Deposit and 10% County Tax. * 3 night minimum stay required during High Season and on weekends during Low Season. * 3 night minimum stay may be waived on bookings made less than 10 days in advance. * Refundable Security Deposit of $300 required. * Cancellation: Full Refund if 30 days prior notice (60 days for Holidays). If less than 30 days (or 60 days for Holidays), Refund if cabin is Re-rented.
