I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how much we enjoyed staying in the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the view is absolutely spectacular. It was also perfectly quiet, which was nice after a noisier experience in Florence. This was our fourth visit to Rome, and the third apartment we have rented there, and was by far the best place we have stayed. Thank you again.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this wonderful apartment and can only say "wow, what a fantastic place." The apartment far exceeded our expectations, even though our friends stayed here a couple of years ago and loved it. The apartment is truly an oasis of comfort in the middle of ancient Rome; I could (and probably did) sit for hours and soak-up the sights and sounds of Rome. The apt is close to everything with the Pantheon around the corner, the Colussium an easy walk, Piazza Navona and Vatican City a few cobbestoned streets away, and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps not far in the other direction. To go further a field (e.g., the Appian Way) buses run nearby. We have rented many very nice homes in the U.K., Italy, and the USA, but this is the best. We are a family of four (with two teenage girls) and we all had our space and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owner is exceedingly helpful and even called during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The home is spotless and the housekeeper came twice during our stay. This apartment is excellent! Best wishes and see you again.... the Hood/Jones Family, California, USA

We are a family with young children - we stayed in this fantastic apartment in October, a wonderful month to visit Rome. What an amazing location - so central to all the sights in Rome. We really were able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment is on the top floor and is very quiet, light, and airy with breathtaking views of Roman roofs and cupolas from the terraces, a different dimension of Rome! The apartment itself is very spacious - the living area was particularly comfortable, like 'home'. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also very clean and we really appreciated the mid-week clean which is included. It is really well located near grocery stores, gelaterias, restaurants, shopping, bus stops etc. The description of the apartment does mention that it may not be suitable for young children because of the staircase - we were fine because of the ages of our children (age 4 and 7 months), but it is true that a toddler might not be safe. It was just such a pleasure to return to this apartment after a day of sightseeing or wandering - this is such a rare feeling to have when away from home. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends or family and we hope to return one day! Thanks Marie! (and also many thanks to your gracious agent, Sasi)

Marie, I want to thank you for renting your wonderful apartment in Rome to us! We thoroughly enjoyed being there. The location was perfect and the apartment was perfect as well. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The terrace and it's view were incomparable. The nights were lovely. The view from the picture window of the other side of the city was beautiful as well. My husband wanted me to tell you that the collection of music was a real treat as well -- he enjoyed quiet time there with the music. The neighborhood, with the grocery store and coffee shops, bakery, etc was delightful as well. Casi was very helpful and we utilized Fabio a lot (he drove us to and from the Amalfi coast) -- both were friendly and kind. I miss Rome already and hope to return to your apartment!

Dear Marie,We love your wonderful apartment and we had a fabulous time in Rome. You arevery fortunate to have such a lovely place. We spent many evenings on the roof deck watching night embrace the skies ofRome while listening to the piano player in a rooftop bar a few hundredmeters away. It was like being in a dream. The proximity to the Pantheon wasperfect. We were close enough to enjoy it but far enough away to remove ourselves from the sea of tourists, street musicians and vendors. We drankcoffee at our favorite café Sant'Eustachio a couple of minutes away. We shopped for food at the Di per Di supermercato almost across the street and we discovered the Ristorante L'Angoletto in Piazza Rondanini, a 5 minute walk from your apartment.Thank you again. We could not have been happier. All the best,Jonathan and Gretchen

Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your gorgeous apartment in rome (from 10-17 May). The apartment was everything I hoped for – this was one of 5 apartments/villas we rented during our trip in Italy and your home is far better then any of them (and a couple were even alittle more expensive). The views, the sunlight, the modern conveniences, and the ancient roman surrounding are all without compare. I have been telling several of my co-workers about it and I also hope when we return in the future it will still be available. Thanks again for allowing us to be there.

This was the sixth apartment we have rented in Rome and the best we have been in. The views and light are sensational. The terrace was hard to leave. One enjoys both sunrises and sunsets from the terraces. The open kitchen/living/dining room makes cooking in a treat. The location is convenient to everything. The supermarket right down the block makes shopping easy, and it is also a short walk to the open air market in Campo di Fiori. It was a perfect vacation. We will look forward to staying in your beautiful apartment again.

We travelled overseas with our children (age 8 and 5) for our tenth anniversary with some trepidation. My wife and I both have very high standards and our children have awkward dietary restrictions. This apartment was absolutely perfect in so many ways. The location was central to the colloseum, spanish steps and the vatican allowing for a beautiful 20 - 30 minute walk to each of those attractions. The location was a ten minute walk to the campo de fiori open air market. The grocery store across the street was perfect for all our basic needs. A five minute walk for coffee at sant eustachio and gelato at our favorite gelateria. Adjacent to the Doria Pamphilj art collection. Every evening was spent walking to the Piazza Navona to enjoy the street acts. The view from your terrace was absolutely stunning both during the day and especially lit up in the evening. The large size of your apartment allowed us all a sense of freedom during our afternoon downtime. We miss Rome already and cannot wait to return. We most certainly will book your apartment well in advance. Sincerely, The Lees

We loved this wonderful apartment. Being there helped make our trip absolutely unforgettable; it is a lovely and magical place. It was hard to leave the two terraces because the views they provide are so gorgeous, and having the opportunity to spend time there was an unparalleled treat. The apartment is located in a wonderful old building with a marble staircase on a convenient street. It is well and comfortably furnished with everything one might need; the appliances and bathrooms are completely up to date; and the rental agent and porter were most helpful. The apratment is centrally located, within walking distance of the main attractions and good restaurants. We hope it will be available the next time we want to visit Rome!

Extremely hard to imagine a better apartment to rent in Rome. Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, clean and comfortable and fully equipped throughout, high-end bathrooms and exceptional kitchen, extraordinary views, incomparably light and airy, an unbeatable central location within walking distance of everything, and quiet on top of all of that! We only hope it’s available the next time we come to Rome.

This was a fabulous penthouse and we look forward to staying there again. Nicely appointed, really clean and recently remodeled with everything you need. (Including a washing machine and air-conditioning.) Lovely terraces with gorgeous views!!!! The location is great, you are right in the middle of everything. We walked almost everywhere. Also, easy access to public transportation. I'm sure that I'll have to book well in advance if I hope to return because this one will be booked!!
