  My husband and I rented Steve's condo last year(sorry so late) during 4th of July week. It was marvelous-we were only one block to the Naples Pier which is an awesome spot for Volleyball, fishing or just laying out and enjoying the sun! The condo was very clean and had all the conveniences of home! My son lives in Naples so it was great just having a place close to him. If you are looking for close to beach close to shopping plus they have a farmers market on the weekends 1 block away too. I can't say enough about Steve too he was very nice and attended to everything we needed. Thanks again Steve and if we come again this year we will be getting ahold of you:)

  Recently stayed here on a golf vacation with my brother. The condo was really comfortable and spotlessly clean with lots of supplies on hand, paper towel, toilet paper, plenty of towels and real soap bars which you do not get in a lot of places plus 3 tvs in the condo. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of old Naples and steps to the beach. For this location at these prices is certainly great value.

  During the enquiry and booking procedure and all the way through, Steve was quick to answer all my emails. I felt and happy to book through him. The condo is at the Mariner Motel up one set of stairs although we did discover an elevator for luggage on our last day dut it really was easy to get our luggage up. The condo is fitted out with wifi and a great TV with plenty of channels to keep my boys happy. There were also TV's in both bedrooms. The Mariner has a fabulous, large heated pool and is ideal for swimming laps. There is designated parking for each condo and for this condo it is about a 20 yard walk from the bottom of the stairs. The pool closes at 8pm and opens at 8am so there can be no early morning swims unless you leap the locked gate! The Mariner looks like a 60's building to me and is showing its age but the location cant be beaten. You are equidistant between the beach and pier and the 3rd street shops and restaurants. The beach is just over the road as is the pier. In the closet there are beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella plus a cool box. All came in very handy. The first bedroom has a double/ queen bed which we did find was rather squeaky when you turn over. The second bedroom has twin beds, the condo is tiled throughout. Steve has made a great job of updating the kitchen and i expect the next thing on his list is to update the bathrooms. Both are fine, clean and tidy but both showing their age. I would recommend this condo 100 percent, the hibiscus and banyan trees are amazing in Naples as is the shopping and fine dining (although there is reasonably priced dining too). There is also a 7/11 about a 300yard walk away where you can get supplies. There are plenty of amazing homes in this area of Naples in fact right across the street from the Mariner is a beauty. We are keen to book this condo again and are just sorting out our dates. We travelled with our 12 year old daughter who loved the free wifi as did the neighbours who liked to share the free connection by sitting on the stairs with their laptops!! Only thing missing for us was a balcony to sit on but as the pool was so close and not at all crowded we just went downstairs. I honestly cant rate this place highly enough, E
