We are located on the second floor, gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar that seats 4. Dining area that seats 8, Living room with Fireplace with 42" High Definition TV and DVD player. There are 2 decks front & back fully furnished. Enjoy the fireworks! Separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer, single car garage, plus one extra parking in driveway. Enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water in the rear of duplex. The best part of this great getaway is you are only 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! It is the best boardwalk in New Jersey!!
Sleeping accomodations include master bedroom with queen size bed & master bath. Second & third bedroom has queen size beds. Fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full size sleeper sofa in living room. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, FAMILIES PREFERRED, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS.
