I choose Hilton Head Island because it is a very classy resort area and also a family friendly destination. You don't hear loud rap music in the streets and you don't have high rise hotels in your view. The ocean is warm, beautiful and inviting and it is also protected from the yearly hurricanes that regularly hit Florida and North Carolina.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our villa is in the perfect location. First, it's on the beach so you don't have to cross busy streets to get on the beach. We are a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has wonderful restaurants and excellent shopping. You can bike along the beach into Sea Pines and spend the day in Harbour Town or South Beach without getting into your car. Each morning you can take a relaxing walk on the beach and then stop at a restaurant for breakfast. You will want to return each and every year, after you experience staying at our villa.

I'm in sales and I work 6-7 days a week...I believe in working hard and playing even harder...when I want to relax and relieve stress, I love to go to Hilton Head Island. I enjoy riding bikes along the beach with my family, playing in the surf with my son and nephews, and taking long walks along the beach each morning and evening.

Hi Jami, Just wanted to let you know how much Frank and I enjoyed staying in your beach villa in Hilton Head. You have decorated it so cute and added so many personal touches that made us feel so special and very spoiled. I have stayed in a lot of vacation villas but never in one that made me feel so welcome. We had such a great time! Since I am a tax accountant, it was a great place to recover from a very hectic tax season. I would love to rent it again next year. Maybe it will available after next April 15th.
