Activities include, but are not limited to, golf, tennis, swimming, horseback riding, and biking on the island. Natural wildlife viewing will amaze you. Nearby, at Bohicket Marina, you will find opportunities for boat rentals, fishing charters, water sports, shopping, and restaurants. Visit Freshfields Village at the crossroads of Seabrook, Kiawah, and Johns Island for great restaurants, shops and businesses. A short drive to historic Charleston will enhance your vacation experience.
Enjoy the beautiful views of the lagoon and fairway of one of the two championship island golf courses from all three decks of your villa. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, TV/DVD, attached bath, and private deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is connected to a full bath and also has a TV/DVD. The loft bedroom with an attached bath contains two more twin beds and affords a magnificent view of the island from its deck. There is also a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen for your use. The air conditioned villa has a comfortable living room area with a vaulted ceiling where you can enjoy tv viewing as well as DVD/CD/stereo options, or relax with a good book. Ceiling fans are located in each room. Linens, towels, paper and cleaning products are provided. A private pool for Sealoft Villa guests is located less than fifty yards from the door of your villa.
Owner's Club Membership allows you the opportunity to purchase daily or weekly amenities cards which provide access to Club facilities and activities (golf, tennis, pools, etc.).

We had a wonderful week at this villa on Seabrook Island, South Carolina. The villa is in a great location, and very roomy (handled a family of four with plenty of room to spare), with plenty of decks for viewing wildlife on and about the 11th hole on Ocean Winds. Their is clearly a pride of ownership, as you can tell the villa has been updated and kept in great condition. The owner is very easy to work with, and very responsive. I would recommend Seabrook and the SC coast to everyone, and this was a great location from which to explore, relax and enjoy.

This Sealoft Villa was a good value for our family of four. We enjoyed the personalized touches and homey feel of the Villa. The location had a nice golf course view and of the wildlife. It was a short walk to the beach.

I have visited this villa many times throughout the last 10 years, and each time the experience is even better. Phil and Pat have completely outdone themselves to ensure that your Seabrook experience is one you won't forget. No matter if you are coming with your family for a couple of weeks, or a quick get away. If you are looking to relax, you have found your new vacation spot. The description given on this website is completely accurate, if not modest. Looking forward to my next trip!

My husband and I visited the villa June 2009, we had a wonderful time - the villa was amazing everything you would wish for, home from home. Spotless and well maintained. Local facilities were excellent so much to do and so close to the wonderful beach, walk or cycle. There is also a swimming pool available for the residents. The villa had so much to offer inside comfort wonderful beds and facilities, amazing views from the balconies. I give this 10/10 EXCELLENT. Hopefully we will be visiting again in the future. Well done for quality holiday home.

This vacation marked my second stay at this Sealoft Villa. While my first trip was wonderful, the second was even better!! The owners updated the home with a beautiful new kitchen and enclosed loft, with its own bathroom. It was hard to top my first trip and they did it! Seabrook Island is a gorgeous getaway spot, and this villa will provide you with a great place to relax at the end of the day.

This property was completely gorgeous. It was everything it said & more. A homely, happy place: easy & well-equipped. The owners were available & informative, before we went; a great help as we were coming from UK with 2 Mums in their 80's. They had the trip of a lifetime. You could spend hours just watching the wildlife from the balconies. We strolled to beautiful beaches & explored the wonderful area of South Carolina further, by car.Highly recommended.
