Ideally located in the picturesque Meadowridge development of Fraser, CO this bright, quiet, end unit is only a few short steps from "The Lift" (Winter Park Ski Shuttle), and less than a mile from shopping.
As a second-story, two bedroom, two bath unit, there is room for two families. The main living area features cable TV/VCR with a tape library and a wood-burning fireplace. The deck has a gas barbecue and beautiful views of the Fraser Valley and Winter Park Ski Runs. There is a second TV/VCR in the master bedroom.
The nearby Meadowridge clubhouse offers a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub, game room, racquetball courts, pool table, and sauna to our guests.
35 miles to the north, scenic Grand Lake offers boating, fishing, hiking, and golf. 30 miles west of Winter Park is Hot Sulphur Springs Resort featuring hot spring pools, facials, and massages.
No skis or snowboards are permitted inside the condo; there is a ski locker just outside the front door. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
