This beautiful 5 bedroom house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms (four queen-size beds and one king-size). There are two spacious master bedrooms one on each floor - both with their own private bathrooms.
The large vaulted kitchen area is open to the dining and living room area with granite countertops, beautiful large handcrafted rugs, a stone fireplace and a screened in porch with breathtaking views of the trees. The kitchen has two dishwashers, two ovens and a garbage compactor.
The lower walkout level has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, another fireplace, an elegant pool table, ping pong table and its own private hot tub in the screened in porch area. There are three golf courses within the area; Deacon's Lodge, White Birch, Antlers and the Traditional golf course. The resort offers many options for boat rentals and there are two beaches within the resort (Pelican Lake) along with an outdoor kids jungle gym area next to the beach.
Within 7 to 8 blocks you have four bars, five restaurants, two convenience stores, most of BP's amenities, hotels, condos and big Pelican Lake. Within 4 miles you have a grocery store, hardware store, more restaurants along with great shopping at the Pequot Lakes unique specialty shops. The famous Nisswa shops are also located 10 minutes away on 371. There's also a large indoor water park with slides etc., for rainy days located in Baxter.
In the winter there are dog sled/hay rides and the snow tubing hill is one mile from the house. The new Breezy Point ice area is located less than 1 mile from the house and is open for public skating at designated times through out the year. There are also plenty of marked snowmobiling trails that all lead out of Breezy Point, the non-paved trails can be used for ATV's in the summer. |
