Condo 501 is located on the southwest corner of the building.

Located minutes from St. Petes/Clearwater Airport, Villa Madeira is located in the center of Florida's main attractions: Epcot Center, Walt Disney World, and Busch Gardens.

The vacation condo features three walkouts to a spacious 60 feet of screened-in, "L" shaped balcony. The balcony is located on the southwest corner which provides you with full sun from morning to beautiful sunset. The condo is located on the 5th floor of a 6 story building.

This unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a heated swimming pool, located right below the balcony, a huge clean, white sandy beach, clear shallow waters, and a beautiful sunset. This corner condo provides a wonderful experience for everyone in your family. Sorry pets are not allowed.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam liner a private Roman tub, double vanity, cable TV, and a private walk-out to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full adjoining washroom. The third separate bedroom has a double bed. There is also a queen size blow up matteress.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two new reclining leather sofas. With a *47 inch big screen cable TV, VCR, STEREO,DVD and a telephone with an answering machine. You also have a private, covered parking spot by the security lobby. There are also security gates to the pool and the beach. There also is a babys' highchair & playpen/sleeper.

  • My family just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Madeira 501. We had a fabulous time at Gid's unit. The condo was roomy & comfortable. The best thing were the views! From almost every room, you could see the gulf of Mexico, miles of wide,white sandy beach plus the intercoastal waterway and Gulf Blvd. Spectacular is the word that comes to mind. We will definately be back.

  • We just returned from Villa Madeira # 501 for the 2nd year in a row and once again had a wonderful time! The corner unit view is terrific, you can see not only out into the Gulf but up and down the beach, as well as Gulf Blvd! The beds are very comfortable and the condo very clean! We will be visiting again next year!

  • It has been my wife's & I's privelege to book this property three consecutive years in a row & with good reason! This is a lovely, spacious & incredibly comfortable unit. Furnished in a manner that is most definitely NOT your "typical rental condo fare" & complimented with excellent amenities, it is surely a space designed with our relaxation potential in mind! Ah, but the best part. That balcony! An exquisite wraparound view, again furnished quite comfortably - let the "mental decompression" begin! Wake up to a serene sunrise over the waterway to the east & cap off the day with a wonderous sunset over the ocean to the west all without ever having to leave the premises. Now that's living... Add to the above the personal attention we consistently receive from the host/owner Gid & this assuredly is most unlike the usual "faceless rental agreement" situation. Couple this with the accomodations & it works out as a solid win-win for us most definitely!!     PLEASE NOTE THAT IMPROVMENTS HAVE MADE TO THE CONDO. A NEW AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN INSTALLED FOR THOSE HOT SUMMER DAYS. THIS A/C UNIT IS MORE POWERFUL SO IT WILL COOL DOWN THE CONDO FASTER. A NEW HOT WATER TANK. NEW BLINDS TROUGH OUT. THE CONDO HAS ALSO BEEN PAINTED. INCLUDING DOORS AND TRIM. I AM ALWAYS TRY TO MAINTAIN THE CONDO IN THE BEST POSSIBLE CONDITION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS. I WILL TRY TO ADDRESS THEM .WE HAVE JUST UPGRADED THE MAIN T.V. TO A 47 INCH PANASONIC FOR YOU VIEWING PLEASURE.AND ALSO A NEW REFRIGERATOR WHICH HAS A CRUSHED ICE DISPENSOR AND FILTERED WATER. A NEW FLAT TOP STOVE AND DISWASHER WERE INSTALLED IN DECEMBER.
