Located on the banks of Simpson Bay Lagoon, Hilltop Villa is located in Pointe Petite, a small, gated community of villas on Pointe Pirouette Peninsula overlooking beautiful Simpson Bay Lagoon.
We are conveniently located midway between the island's two capitals, French Marigot and Dutch Phillipsburg and only minutes away from the island's best beaches, marinas, casinos, tournament golf course, tennis courts, casinos, watersports, restaurants and night life.
Our villa offers approximately 1750 square feet of indoor living space with all the comforts of home. We have a SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM AND LARGE SECOND BEDROOM (each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom) a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 FULL BATHROOMS and beautiful sunrise and sunset views!
Our beautiful, private deck is approximately 1000 sqare feet and is fully furnished with patio furniture, a charcoal BBQ, a fabulous lap pool and beautiful sunset and sunrise views.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, two large closets and wonderful views!
Our large guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be separated or pushed together depending on your needs. It also has an-suite bathroom and a fantastic
view of Simpson Bay Lagoon.
All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. The living room couch opens out to a full-size bed. The house is equipped with color televisions, VCR, radio/tape cassette, DVD player, a telephone as well as a full laundry room. For your convenience, we provide maid service three days a week.
