We are located in the heart of Lake Havasu,next to the London Bridge. Shopping, night life, dinning all withing a three block area.
A five miles walking or bike trail just out side of your condo it follow around the island. There is also a board walk along the boat channel.
Best restaurant in Lake Havasu- Shugrue's, Barley Bros and the New Javelina Cantina all located next to the water just one block away

Our family of 5 loved our Lake Havasu vacation and this rental made the vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was clean and immaculate, not to mention every amenity and convenience of home was at our finger tips. We loved having picnics at the private sand beach while viewing the world famous London Bridge .... that was way cool! And given the fact that we where able to park our jet ski's everynight on the beach and not tow them out of the lake made our vacation so much easier and less hectic. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the condo and Lake Havasu in general ... in fact he knew more information (restaurants, nightlife, boating, camping etc...) about all aspects of Lake Havasu City than Lake Havasu's founding fathers. :) I look forward vacation again next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
