Designed with its guests in mind its hotel sleek look provides peace while with its details feels more like home. Truly a sensual treat.

This sunny zen-like one bedroom is located in a historic Art Deco building that offers a lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi and direct access to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Maid service during stay is available for an extra fee.

  • Great location, a bit removed from the noise of nightlife, but close enough to walk to it if we wanted to be part of it. Description was accurate, very clean, new bathroom and kitchen. Great beach access and my children loved the pool!

  • Enjoyed staying here. Description was accurate-everything was very nice. Resolved the parking problem using CMB $25 parking cards which we got at Lee Ann Pharmacy on Washington Ave. Expect to be back next year.

  • Cute, spotless, kinda like an 'upscale-Ikea' hotel suite. I walked on the beach every morning! Everything feels new: kitchen and bath with tile and granite, hardwood floors throughout, two flatscreen tv's mounted on walls: one in bedroom, one in living room. Felt really comfortable. Faces street, not beach, and parking is tricky. Would definitely stay there again (even nicer inside than photos) Wishlist: internet access.

  • This rental is awesome. Great building, very clean, safe neighborhood, perfect location, right next to the beach, walking distance to the restaurants on Ocean Drive (we never bothered to rent a car, and you shouldn't either) -- what more could you ask for? Interior is very stylish, apparently recently remodelled,very comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking -- all the pots, pans and dishes you could need. Bathroom has a really nice shower. My wife and I were very pleased -- no complaints. Kind of wish there had been a DVD player & a couple of movies to go with the TV, but we came prepared with our laptop and our own movies and just used that (we were able to plug our laptop into the tv to play music though -- with the right cable, we could have run video through it too!).

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo is tastefully decorated; it has a great bathroom and kitchen area, and it's a very secure building. The location is also wonderful. I have stayed in SoBe dozens of times; it was my first in SoFi. It was much better because you don't have the noise and crowds to deal with in this area. Also, we stayed with our 3 year old in he loved the park pratically next door. I highly recommend this property!!
