Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Palm Desert Country Club
We bought the home as a secound home for our family. We then decided that we were not using it enough and looked at renting it to snow birdss that wanted to escape to the warmer climates and liked to play golf!
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is access to lots of stores and activities in the area. There is also a world tennis complex within a half a block from the house. Many Champion play-off tournaments are held there.
This is a very convienant shoping area close to the Country Club

My wife and i lve in hunting Beach California and we like the desert house to get away too. We enjoy Golf and Tennis and the fine dinning that is in Palm desert and the surrounding areas.
