One of the most desirable family vacation spots in all of Lake Tahoe, Chambers Landing is an exclusive gated enclave of 43 townhomes, resting on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. This townhome, with over 2400 square feet of living space, has new hickory hardwood floors throughout and a spacious open great room with filtered views of the lake.
The main level includes the living room with river rock fireplace and a wet bar. There is also a 42" flat panel television above the fireplace with cable and DVD/VHS interface. The dining room seats eight to 12 people easily. There is a deck with heat lamp and a teak dining table and chairs. The kitchen is open with all the modern conveniences, including a separate desk area with DSL and fax.
Up two stairs is a bedroom with two antique twin beds and a full bath.
There are three bedrooms downstairs. The large master bedroom includes a king-size bed, television, and sitting area. Sliding glass doors lead you to a deck and access to the grounds. The master bath has double sinks with a separate toilet and bath/shower room. The light-filled second bedroom includes a king-size bed and has lovely views of the grounds. The third bedroom includes a set of bunk beds with twin and full-size mattresses as well as a twin trundle. A full bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms.
The lower level is completed with a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a hall linen closet full of sheets, bath towels, and beach towels.
Accessible by ships ladder from the foyer is a loft with a day bed that includes two twin mattresses.
