June 27-July 5 2009 Thanks Glenn & Donna for letting us share in the comfort of your beach home. The decor is beautiful and very comfortable.The pool is very nice.We had a grrrrreat time.The fireworks show on the beach was from as far as the eye could see both ways and with a very short walk back to the condo,no fighting with the traffic. That is worth tons alone. Looking forward to many more visits. Wanda,Darlene,Brittney, And Courtney.

We were able to enjoy this condo June 2009 for 9 days. It was a very quiet place to be able to relax with our family. The condo is setup to just walk right in and feel like you are at home. I would love to stay again in the future.

We just got home from our fabulous Panama city beach vacation. We had an awesome time!!! This property was EVERYTHING that it is advertised to be! It was so quiet and so nice and clean. It had all the comforts of home!! It was an easy short stroll to the beach. It was convient to all the attractions we were looking for. This place truely felt like we were close to it all but at a very private oasis. We really enjoyed being able to prepare all our own meals so as to keep the cost down. The pool was great. We had no problem getting our information package. This is such a smooth way to rent a condo. I would recommend this property and these landlords to anyone!!! My 7 year old granddaughter said as we left..I sure am going to miss our home here! She also stated that she hoped everyone else that used our home would take as much care of it as we did so we could come back again next year!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We rented Unit D303 in March 2009. The unit is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to make a home away from home. The beach is just a short walk across the road. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for better weather. The unit is at the quieter end of the beach which suited us just fine. We found the fastest way to get around was to take Hwy 98 who whichever beach access road - fewer lights. I would not hesitate to recommend the unit.

Thank you for sharing your home with us the 1st week of June, 2008. I must say, it is very beautiful and homey. Thank you for the welcome gift, very nice. The beds were so comfortable that we actually checked out the name brand in case we need new mattresses in the future. The complex was fun, not too big. There was no hot tub but the pool was nice and warm, just perfect. The beach was easily accessible and just wonderful. The most fun thing, was the Atari. The grown men in our group had a blast with that. You would have thought they had never played video games before (and they have PC games and PS II). What a nice and amusing touch. It certainly prevented boredom during the rare thunderstorm. Hope to stay again in the future. Thanks again.

Dear Glenn & Donna: We spent February and March in your wonderful condo and enjoyed every minute of it. It is clean and bright inside with nice comfy beds. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We also enjoyed the privacy and got to know lots of the other tenants. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. Hope to be able to return soon.

Thanks so much for renting us your condo. We had a great vacation. The condo was just like the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo had plenty of space. It was a home away from home. It was quite. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was a great family place. I couldn't believe how the area had changed with all those large high rise condos with the hugh parking decks where I'm sure it would be easy to loose your car. I personally like staying at a smaller complex where I can easily get to my car/luggage etc. I have stayed at Peachtree Place before and will stay there again if there is availability.

This condo at Peachtree was so wonderful.It was very clean, spacious enough and it had everything you need. It was even better than expected and for a fair price.It gave you the feeling of being home.Our family had a great time at the condo. The beach is just 2 minutes away, we loved the quiet pool and the fact that condo was so peaceful and quiet. We were so happy we did not rent anything in the high rise buildings along the beach with the overcrowded pools! If we will visit Panama City Beach again, we will definitely stay there again.Great place and very nice owners!

All us thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo at Peachtree. It is just as described in the ad, and certainly very clean and convenient to the beach. The pool was very enjoyable. There are all kinds of fun activities in the area for all ages. We were there for a full week and did not have time for all of the things that we wanted to do. I personally recommend it.

Peachtree is our favorite place to stay in Panama City Beach. My family has been staying at Peachtree for the last seven years at least once a year, sometimes two or three times, and it feels just like home. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the pool area is fantastic. Thomas Donuts is a must as is Mike's Diner. We hope to be able to visit our favorite vacation place for many more years.

My wife and I, along with our two teenage daughters, just returned from a fabulous week on the beach while staying at Peachtree. The condo was exactly as Glenn represented it on the web site and in our conversations. We were absolutely impressed that it had everything, right down to the beach chairs. Don't forget to make the short walk down to Thomas donuts....daily for us!

We are so happy we found this condo on the internet. We spent a week here with our 3 kids. It's only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. The condo was so clean, the beds were good and the kitchen has everything you need. We could watch our kids in the pool from our balcony. The kids made friends at the pool. I like this condo much better than the (expensive)high buildings along the beach! If we return to Florida, we will remember Peachtree for sure! It's a good price for a perfect place... Just back from D303 for the 3rd year in a row. Great place. Big enough for the kids and nice enough for home. Great people to deal with also. Makes me feel like a friend each time we talk to each other. Do not plan on staying anywhere else.

We spent the month of February at Peachtree Place, and the condo was all that we expected - clean, quiet, well furnished and comfortable, and a convenient location. Since we are seniors, having comfortable beds was important.

Hi everyone just back from a wonderful vacation once again at this location. We cant say enough about the accomodations, the location, the beach. This is a first class vacation spot. The accomodations are nothing short of awesome, the grounds are clean and well kept, the pool is a great size and clean. Parking is great. Location, location location. Our stay at Peachtree was WONDERFUL!! The condo was very clean and so cheery. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool,and the wonderful walks on the beautiful white sand beach just steps away. It was a real treat!

We were there in October, 2004. Condo was spotlessly clean and obviously well maintained. Location was well back from the road and therefore very quiet, but only a short walk through the parking lot and across the road to the beach. All necessities were provided - cutlery, cooking equipment, bedding and other furnishings. The swimming pool was clean and maintained. Food stores and a variety of restaurants were within a 5 minute drive.
