Wonderful beach house

8 thirteen year old girls and 8 moms together for a week at the beach. What could be better? And this house was perfect. The girls took over the third floor. We were comfy on the second and the first floor allowed us to mingle and enjoy each others company after supper. A great porch to sit on and enjoy beginnings and ends of the day. The house is well designed and well equipped. And when anything went wrong, Susan or her son were there in a heartbeat. They were fantastic.The location is perfect, just off the beach and the constant sea breeze made air conditioning unnecessary. We had a fantastic time and there's already talk of a reunion next summer.

We spent a week at this home and had an amazing time. We are a large group of 3 families and the space worked out perfectly for us. We loved it so much we have already booked a week for 2011.

We stayed for one week along with16 of our family and it was an ideal home and location for us. There were plenty of rooms -many had their own sitting areas attached for extra space and plenty of bathrooms for everyone(which is key with that many in one house). The location was perfect! We did not have to get in the car all week. There was so much for everyone to do nearby it made the family week surprisingly enjoyable. We would stay here again anytime.

My family and I have rented this house the past two summers and loved it! Lots and lots of room, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space! Susan is very helpful and the house is clean and well-maintained. Narragansett Beach is a short walk away, there is a park a few blocks down the street, and downtown Wakefield and Narragansett are a 5 min. drive away. We would recommend the house to anybody looking to vacation close to the beach with a big family!

We usually spend one week a year at the beach in Narragansett. The beach cottage fulfilled all our needs in accommodating our extended family of 11 very comfortably. Of particular note was the fact that we had several requests of Susan, the proprietor, over the course of the week and each was very promptly fulfilled. It was a pleasure to rent from Susan as she is extremely cutomer focused and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed out stay.
