Villa La Caracola (Costa Del Sol/Marbella/Puerto Banus/San Pedro)

a beautiful villa with its own swimming pool, large garden and tropical plants is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus and the Beach in the secluded, smart residential Cortijo Blanco area. The villa is air-conditioned. One of Marbella´s most established suburbs, it is only a three minute walk from the beach (200 meters), hotels, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The pleasant, white washed, Anadalusian town of San Pedro is only a three minute drive in one direction with a similar distance in the other is Puerto Banus with its restaurants and night life. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car.

The main villa is equipped to accommodate seven guests, in three spacious double and a single bedrooms. The master suite has an en suite bathroom and a double bed. Two large bedrooms have twin beds and a separate second bathroom. One bedroom has a single bed with en suite shower, WC and wash basin. (In the second living room threre is also a sofa bed which can accommodate two additional guests).

Recently a completely separate unit has been added to the Villa La Caracola accommodating two persons with bedroom and en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and livingroon/dinning room,its own garden and roof terraces. This unit would be available only to the existing guests of the Villa at request and an extra cost.

The large, comfortable lounge has two seating areas as well as a fireplace, satellite TV, stereo, and connects to the dining room. Both rooms and the master bedroom have double doors to the arched terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The lounge and dining rooms are comfortably furnished and well equipped for use by seven persons.

Barbecue areas, floodlit terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers, washing machine, dishwasher, weekly linen change, maid service twice weekly, and regular garden/pool maintenance are provided. A safe-deposit box and a cot is also provided.
