The 'Little Red Barn' is located in the resort complex of Bear Paw, the only community on Lake Hiwassee. The lake is 18-miles long with 180-miles of shoreline, and offers excellent boating, fishing, and swimming. Not to be outdone by the activities of the lake, Bear Paw offers several amenities which enhance your family’s vacation pleasure. These amenities include: A FULL SERVICE MARINA, boat launch, 24-hour gate security, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s playground, a basketball court & paved roads.

The house is a fully equipped, three bedroom, two bath home that can accommodate eight people. The house's interior is very rustic, with knotty pine paneling mixed with painted walls. Located on the main floor are two entertainment areas (one for the adults & one for the kids), a well equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom.

The upstairs has two large bedrooms, both with a full and twin size beds, lots of closet space, and a full bath. Additionally, for families with smaller children, a highchair, playpen, and child security gate are provided. The outside deck faces the dam/lake and is well equipped for outside entertaining with lots of seating, tables, a swing & a gas BBQ.
