This hilltop home includes a large patio for relaxing and enjoying your view of Houghton Lake. Deeded lake access is only 75 yards from the home at the bottom of the hill.
The four bedrooms are decorated with new quilts in the beautiful seasons of Michigan: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The large living room with a gas fireplace is decorated in a nautical theme, and another TV room is decorated in a wilderness theme. Two bathrooms are located on the main floor, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The upstairs half bath has ceramic tile flooring.
