Making your vacation memories in the Poconos Mountains is something you will not soon forget in this gorgeous, rustic chalet nestled in the woods and within walking distance to the lake. This spacious, 1800 square foot, mountain retreat boasts a two-story cathedral ceiling with a new gas stove fireplace and full service kitchen. This home offers three levels of enjoyment including four sleeping areas, 2 recently renovated full baths, 2 TV areas both equipped with VCR/DVD players, Xbox System, game room and canoe
Family fun and relaxation, whether indoor playing a game of air hockey on a new 7 ft. table, foosball, or game of darts or pitching horseshoes in the yard while cooking steaks on the gas grill, is all yours. Meals can be served indoors or outdoors on one of two decks overlooking a spacious wooded lot while witnessing the occasional visit from a few of the many local deer or other wildlife.
This peaceful get-away is perfect for families with children of all ages. Sit around the fireplace on those cold winter nights playing cards or a board game knowing that your family is safe in this baby-proofed home. Pack-n-plays and highchairs/booster seats are provided for your added convenience.
Locust Lake Village offers many activities to keep you busy. Our home is within walking distance from one of three life guarded lakes with beaches. You can exert some energy by playing beach volleyball or slow it down with a game of horseshoes, shuffleboard, or bocceball and then grab a drink and a hot dog at the snack stand. Later you can head to the basketball court or the baseball field for some team sports. Finish up the day with a game of tennis under the lights.
If this is too much for you then just pull up a chair and soak in the sun at one of three life guarded beaches or cast your line from our 2 man canoe for some trout fishing. You can also pack your lunch and head for a wilderness hike over the 21,000 acre Brady's State Game Lands. The community also offers arts and craft activities, movies, bingo, and other social events.

Summertime excursions, which include golfing, water parks, go-carts, whitewater rafting, canoeing, and hiking, offer thrilling diversions. Year-round activities include outlet shopping, paintball, casino gambling, dining out, and much more. Spring (Apr-May) $450/weekend, $600/week, $400 non-holiday midweek (Tue/Wed/Thur)
Summer (June) $800/week, (July/Aug) $850/week; Two week maximum (call for rate)
Fall (Sept-Nov) $450/weekend, $600/week, $400 non-holiday midweek (Tue/Wed/Thur)
Winter (Dec-Mar) $550/weekend, $800/week, $75 additional night
$250 refundable security deposit, $100 additional deposit to use canoe
