Come relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Conroe, only 25 minutes from Bush International Airport. Our home is two-story, 4500 square feet with very open kitchen and family room with fireplaces and plenty of windows to enjoy the open waters of this humongous lake. The master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, TV with DVD . Master bath has a jetted tub to relax after an afternoon on the water or a shower for two!
Upstairs playground bunk beds with slide in playroom TV with DVD/VCR games to plug in, plenty of toys provided. Other upstairs bedroom with bunk beds with a view/full bath. Also a secret room over the garage with a very comfy queen futon, TV/DVD/VCR and WII console. There is another room with a King bed downstairs. Wet bar area. 2nd floor screened in patio with tables & chair to enjoy the outside, private pool with a beach style for little one, hot tub for those who prefer not to swim in the lake. ramp & wood steps to access the lake easily. A huge garage with bikes and almost an acre of driveway to ride 'em safe!

I'm Annie and my husband is Brian, we have 4 children, from 9-15 years of age. I'm a stay home mom and Brian is in the car business. We reside in the Woodlands and love to spend some quality time with family and friends on the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Conroe
We fell in love with this house, the views are amazing, we are on the south side of the lake and we can see past the 1097 bridge!!Lots of restaurants to choose from and live music close by!!

Views, views and more views.. great house, lots of outdoor space, fenced yard, restaurants and bars close by., Tons of toys and bikes for the kids to ride, long driveway for them to enjoy the bikes.. small and safe gated neighborhood..

We had such a wonderful time in this gorgeous large home on Lake Conroe. All of our grown children and their children met together for a family vacation. This home was perfect for everyone! There is a great swimming pool for the kids, lots of toys both for inside play and outside play, a large dock area for fishing and the best steps I've ever seen for loading right onto your own boat. The house was completely furnished with adequate beds, linens, towels and all the amenities one could ask for. The owners were easily accessible by phone and very accommadating. When our photos were psoted on facebook, everyone wanted to know "where" we vacationed because the pool area, waterfall and palm trees in the backyard made it look like we were on an island somewhere! We have highly reccommended this vacation home to all our friends.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Great house. Well maintained, well supplied, more than any we have rented. Geared to welcome the young. MANY MANY toys. VERY clean. Lovely view, no negatives. Owner very easy to work with. Was a treat to stay there. Judith - August 2006
