La Casa del Gecko (The Gecko's House). This spacious villa is located in the gated and secure community of Playacar, in Playa del Carmen. This 1,900 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bathroom, air conditioned home is decorated in the traditional Mexican style. It is a 3-5 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches, local shopping, restaurants, and the ferry to Cozumel.
The main floor consists of: laundry room, kitchen, dinning room, circular sunken living room, half bath, and a bedroom (twin beds) private bathroom with shower. As you go up our circular domed stairway to the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, master with full bathroom, second with shower. A circular balcony separates the upstairs bedrooms. There surrounded by tropical plants is the perfect hideaway, with hammock and night light, to relax in.
Maid service is supplied 2 days a week. In case of emergencies, a bilingual property manager is available. Security is supplied 24/7 for the complex.
The lower back patio faces an open area, only steps away from a palapa, and the unsupervised and shared pool. Relax and watch golfers tee off on the third hole of the Robert von Hagge championship golf course, or sit back and watch the "Gecko's" in our garden.
As a bonus for our guests, we make available our Playacar privilege card, which allows you discounted green fee's at the Playacar Golf Club, or at the the Reef Club Hotel, the choice of access to free beach towels and lounge chairs, or you may opt for one of the "all inclusive" day packages, that entitle you to meals, snacks, beverages, entertainment, and all non-motorized water sport activities, please confirm prices at the hotel and or golf course.
Transportation to and from the Cancun airport is available on request for an additional fee.
