Property Description - The condominium is located in the beautiful tropical setting of Park Shore Resort. Park Shore Resort is close to the Gulf beaches, just west of Tamiami Trail on the north end of Naples, Florida.
Condominium Amenities - This condominium is a large, 842 square foot, one and a half bedroom condominium. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The den has a queen-size sofa sleeper and track curtain to convert the den into a private bedroom. The condominium has two full baths. All bedding and towels are supplied. The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The condominium also has two TVs with cable and a VCR.

Resort Activities and Attractions - There is a beautiful waterfall beside the large heated pool, ponds with fish to admire, a Jacuzzi, sundeck, gazebo, and barbecue area with gas grills. For the sports-minded, there are private tennis and racquetball courts. Also, on the premises is the Island Club Restaurant for those nights that you don't want to cook. Five other restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, and other shops are in walking distance of the resort. There is also a laundry mat located in the resort. See list of Activities below.
The beaches are beautiful and they are a short drive or moderate walk from the condominium.
Golf-lovers will enjoy Naples. Naples has more golf courses than almost any other city in the world.

Your Condo was absolutely marvelous, great location, quiet and full of scenerey, we loved looking at and hearing the Waterfall. The Island Pub had great food, and the staff were all very accommidating. The Pool and Tennis Courts were so much fun, as were the beautiful beaches and parks. We were very pleased with the accomodation and will be looking to see if you have a vacancy probably sometime in early May next year, the only serious snag we had was when the airline decided to send one of our cases to Gran Canaria instead of Florida, so we were a bit short of a few items until it was recovered, but hey, it could have been a lot worse. We enjoyed our vacation very much in your beautiful condo. Other than what you and Pat discussed when we first arrived, It had everything we needed. You have a perfect location which is very quiet and private and quite comfortable. The weather, of course, couldn't have been better. We left the condo in good condition and the way we found it, and ready for the cleaning staff per your instructions. Right now it's snowing and we're wishing we were back in Florida. We did enjoy our stay in your lovely condo and Park Shore/Naples was just as good as ever. God willing, we are planning a visit to Florida late Oct early Nov this year, so will contact you when we have finalised our plans to see if you have a vacancy around that time. Just to let you know the only that while we were using the wooden chopping board towards the end of our stay, the board split into two pieces!! We did however buy a suitable new replacement. March 12, 2005 Dear Ron: Thank you for the prompt return of our $500 deposit. Once again, we enjoyed our stay at Park Shore. Unit 220 is a nice location with the view of the trees and water. It seemed more private. As mentioned, a laundry would be a great asset. However, I understand the office is going to install new machines and be responsible for the upkeep. That would eliminate the delay in maintenance. The personnel in the office were very pleasant. Not having rented form a private owner, we didn't realize it was our responsibility to contact you instead of them if any problems came up. We love the Naples area and hope to be able to come back next year. Please keep us in mind for next February. Regards Fred Gibson
