Newly re-modeled, three bedroom condominium located in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes Resort. The condominium is fully-equipped with new furniture and electronics. There is a 27 inch TV with DVD/VCR combo in the living area, a 27 inch TV with DVD in the master bedroom, and a 20 inch TV in the second bedroom. There is a huge deck with gas grill for entertaining or just relaxing.
The condominium is located just a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean and Beach. There are three championship golf courses in Palmetto Dunes Resort; the Robert Trent Jones golf course is only one block away. In this short block, you will find a Five-Star Restaurant, general store, and an outdoor outfitter with bikes, kayaks, and much more.
The resort has three miles of sandy beaches, miles of bike paths, man made lagoon system, a world class tennis center and 25 tennis courts. An underground walking and bike path leads from Palmetto Dunes to the Shelter Cove Resort and Mall area. A Deep Water Marina is located in Shelter Cove. Great Restaurants and Shopping Border the Marina and Harbor.

I have had multiple wonderful stays in this condo and love the location. Location, location, location. Steps from the pool, the sidwalk path leading to the general store, tennis courts and awesome restaurant Alexanders (2 minutes walk for each), and the beach (5 minute walk). Bikes, canoes, fishing gear etc for rent right across the street (2 minute walk) and a fun seaside bar and grill called The Dunes! Perfect vacation spot!! Have breakfast at the Marriot oceanfront in Palmetto Dunes (5 minute walk) and golf at the several beautifully manicured golf courses in PD. The condo has a huge back deck with a fabulous grilling area. Love it!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

POSITIVE COMMENTS:- - FAIRLY ROOMY -CLOSE TO JONES GOLF COURSE NEGATIVE COMMENTS: -BACKS ONTO MAIN ROAD IN PALMETTO DUNES, VERY NOISY AS LAWN MOWERS ETC ROLL BY AT 6:15 -TIDY WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT NOT CLEAN, WE REWASHED ALL THE DISHES AND CUPBOARDS, BATHTUBS, SINKS, ETC. -MANY STAINS ON RUGS -NO CABLE PROVIDED FOR ENTIRE 23 DAY STAY-OWNER SAID HE TRIED TO GET CABLE HOOKED UP DURING OUR STAY-WHY WAS THIS NOT TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL -LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER -OWNER DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR E-MAILS FOR 12 CONSECUTIVE DAYS DURING OUR STAY-VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND A TERRIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS

I would definetly recommend renting this property . It was very clean and weel maintained. We had 7 people and we weren't crowed at all. We enjoyed being a few blocks from the beach a few steps away from the pool and a wonderful deck.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
